Slow down your mind. Energise your body. In the same hour.
Iyengar yoga and coaching, delivered in the same venue, on the North Shields Fish Quay or online.
Divine Inner Health
Classes
Two ways to begin. Each one unhurried.
More than a yoga studio. Grace brings together Iyengar yoga and years as an NHS CBT therapist — and the one-to-one work goes further than any class can. This is where burnout, stress, and the things that don’t shift in a group setting get the space and structure they need.
If you’re running on empty and you know a class alone won’t fix it, let’s have a conversation. Book a call and we’ll talk through what 1:1 support could look like for you.
One to one
The Divine Inner Health Method
A course of one-to-one work for women who are functioning, competent, and quietly finished. Four stages, and a proper ending.
How this works
- 01 A conversationA free introductory call. What’s not working, what you have already tried, and where you’re stuck. What we can really do about it.
- 02 Your courseWe will map a course around you, not a generic plan. This goes beyond class; it’s built around the physical and mental weight you are carrying.
- 03 The work beginsA practice built for you. Each session meets you where you are; sometimes that’s talking things through, sometimes it’s propped practice. You’re not walking this alone.
- 04 The futureCourses finish. We agree a plan for the future. You leave with a practice and tools of your own, not dependency you’ve traded burnout for.
The studio
On the Fish Quay, with the door open.
A working quayside, rooted in community. Come ten minutes early and bring nothing. Mats, belts, blocks, bolsters and blankets are all here. We just need you.
Grace Stilgrove
Eight years in the NHS. Fourteen on the mat.
The body and the mind are usually cared for by different people, in different rooms. Finding both in one professional is rare, and it is that unique blend that shaped how Divine was created, and the principles this studio is built on.
Grace holds an MSc in Psychology and a postgraduate diploma in CBT, and has spent eight years in NHS psychological therapies, where she also supervises. She is accredited by the BABCP as a High Intensity therapist. She has practised Iyengar yoga for fourteen years and teaches at Level 1, qualified and insured.
That combination is the reason the studio exists. The ‘mind’ and the body get worked in the same hour, by the same person, to the same standard, because in practice they were never two separate problems.
“I’m just an ordinary lass from North Shields who went on the journey to learn everything she could about Mind, Body and Spirit. I am here to show you that life can be lived with the highest of intention whilst feeling truly joyful, alive and free.”

Writing from the practice.

Grace writes all of it herself, which is why there is not much of it. What is here is hers.
